While we have not been successful (yet) in finding the right match between community, lot and home plan (availability / price), Stephanie’s skill in listening to our needs and conveying the attributes of the different Tripointe communities that might be a fit has been a huge time saver.

Buying a home is today’s market is exceptionally challenging (and frustrating).

With most communities having limited availability and long lines of customers that are potentially interested, having someone with her skills to help match the customers needs to the most likely fit, saves your organization from having customers who are not a fit put their energy and time into focusing on the wrong community.

We are very impressed with her in depth knowledge of the key people that we would need to work with at Tripointe Connect and each of the specific New Home Advisers. She provided  a clear and detailed walk though of how the process of getting on the VIP interest list (pre-qualification) worked and how the different communities were approaching the lot release cycle.

We have worked with lots of other builders (this next move will be our seventh new home purchase) Pulte, Centex, Toll Brothers, NVR etc, but have not encountered a front line staff member that matched Stephanie’s skill.
